Gold Jewellry! It's a big NO to me. I don't know but i really hate wearing gold jewellry and if i do have that necklase and earings on my jewellry box, it's because it was given as a gift during my birthday. 

Recently after how many years Hubby got interested of buying golds as part of our savings and investment in a way. So last Thursday we went to Gold Souq to check the rate of gold and some designs of men's bracelet as requested also by a friend.

Since the market is i think mostly designed for Indians, anywhere you turned you will see this kinds of heavy necklase and bangles.

And so as this kinds. I've heard that most of the Middle East Asia countries requires a dowry of gold during the wedding with a minimum of 1kg plus another kilos as a gift. And i think it includes some of this kinds.

I wonder if they are really wearing this or they just kept it in a treasure box.

Liquor is ban in some other GCC countries but not in UAE. Here you can enjoy a night drinking wine at the bar in some hotels around and you can celebrate birthdays with overflowing wines and liquors (name it you have it) like what you can see below.

Few months from now we'll be having our first ever holiday trip and as early of now we are preparing all the things we will need.

Hubby's contract will finish by August this year and since my OB suggested us to have a long vacation to free and relax our bodies and mind so we can concentrate on having a baby, we will have few weeks from our two months vacation in Bohol or Cebu. We would like to visit the beautiful beaches in Panglao Island, Bohol.
